Andrew Clifford Mouser

Andrew Clifford Mouser, known to all as A.C. was born on December 28,1935 in Raymondville, Texas. He passed away peacefully, at his home in Cameron Texas on April 8, 2024, with his family by his side.
A.C. was one of seven children born to William and Carrie Mouser.
As a young boy, he spent many hours in the cotton fields helping his family earn a living. In turn, there was not much time for schooling in those days but attended as the crop seasons allowed. As a teen, A.C. went out on his own and began his career in floor covering with Modern Floors for the next 17 years. He was a master at this trade.
At the age of 20, he met the love of his life, Linda (Yocum) Mouser and a short time after they were married. Their union blessed them with 4 children. They had been married 67 years.
A.C continued in the floor covering industry, which led him and Linda to start their own floor covering business, known as Mouser Floor Covering. They started a new adventure years later known as Mouser Construction. Together they built 30 homes over the next few years in the surrounding Pflugerville area before retiring.
A.C. enjoyed time with his family, playing golf, dominoes, and outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and camp out adventures. For the last several years with failing health and eyesight and unable to venture far, the highlight of his day was taking his dog Benji to the park every morning. Benji was his pal and always stayed by his side. Dad loved him dearly.
A.C is survived by wife, Linda, two daughters, Terri Medford and husband Larry of Taylor Texas, and Loranne Blasig and husband Doug of Giddings, Texas, one son, Rick Mouser and wife JaRetta of Matagorda, Texas and one daughter in law, Timie Mouser.
He was preceded in death, by his parents William and Carrie Mouser, siblings, Opal, Frances, Velma, Thelma, Wayne, Bo, and his youngest son, David.
He has 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He loved them all dearly.
He will be laid to rest next to his youngest son, David Lee Mouser at Hutto City Cemetery immediately following the service.
