Beloved Son, Father, Brother, Uncle, and Friend
Andrew "Drew" Olson, 39, of Canterbury, Connecticut, passed away tragically on October 27, 2025. He was born to Andrew and Lisa (Kulig) Olson in Worcester, MA on May 3, 1986. Andrew was filled with optimism, loyalty, and family values. He is a deeply loved man whose sense of humor, love, and kindness touched every soul who knew him.
Andrew possessed an unwavering faith in God and an adventurous spirit reminiscent of Indiana Jones and Crocodile Dundee. He found joy in the great outdoors and took immense pride in his hard work and dedication with all things. As a gifted writer, he expressed his creativity through poetry and his love for nature. His deep appreciation for lives simple moments will be fondly remembered by all who were fortunate enough to experience him in his life. Above all, his unconditional love he had for his children and family, along with the cherished memories he created, will remain forever in our hearts.
He loved nothing more than being with his family and children every chance he had. His dedication to making sure everyone around him always felt included and loved was admirable. To say that Drew was simply a family man would never do him justice. His family was his world and every single one of us felt that in his presence.
He is survived by his mother Lisa. His sisters; Jessica, Heather, Victoria and her husband Brett. His children, Makya, Chase, and Andy. Along with their mother, Melissa. He is also survived by his two nephews, Logan, and Colton.
He is predeceased by his father, Andrew T. Olson and his grandparents; Lorraine (Gatto) Olson, Edmund Olson, John Kulig, Dorothy (Cardinal) Kulig.
