Andrew Rader, age 88, of Louisville, Kentucky, formerly of West Baden Springs, Indiana, passed away at 11:15 PM, Thursday, October 27, 2010 at VA Hospital, Louisville, Kentucky. Andrew was born on January 1, 1922 in Hazard, Kentucky to the late Andrew Rader, Sr. and the late Nannie (Turner) Rader. He married Patricia Pearson on March 6, 1954 and she preceded him in death on December 6, 2000. He was a self-employed builder and minister and teacher at the Full Gospel Teaching Center in West Baden Springs, Indiana. He was a WWII Army Veteran. He is survived by his son, Andrew Timothy Rader of Louisville, Kentucky, three daughters, Doris Gulden of Portland, Oregon, Diane Rader of Spokane, Washington, and Linda Moore of Spring City, Tennessee, one sister, Katherine Rader of Leavenworth, Indiana, his caregiver-granddaughter, Shelly Rader of Louisville, Kentucky, nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, two brothers, Matthew and Nathan, two sisters, Hester and Opal, and one grandchild, Paul Rader. Funeral Arrangements are being handled by T.L. Pinnick Mortuary, 785 South Bears Bend Road, French Lick where the family will receive friends, Wednesday, November 3, 2010 from 5 PM until 8 PM and again on Thursday, November 4, 2010 from 9 AM until 11 AM. The funeral service will be held Thursday, November 4, 2010 at 11:00 AM at T.L. Pinnick Mortuary with Rev. Dr. David Lewis officiating. Burial will be in the Trinity Cemetery, West Baden Springs, Indiana with military graveside rites. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.tlpinnickmortuary.com
