Andrew Lattion Timmins, a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and cherished member of the Lambertville community, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 20th, 2025, at the age of 92. Born on December 10th, 1932, in Morristown, New Jersey, Andrew lived a life marked by dedication, hard work, and love for his family.
Andrew was a proud graduate of Madison High School in New Jersey. He served his country honorably in the United States Army, a testament to his lifelong commitment to service and community. After his military service, Andrew embarked on a long and fulfilling career as a Warehouse Supervisor at New York Life Insurance Company in Lebanon, NJ, where he worked diligently in the Records Warehouse.
A man of many interests, Andrew was an active member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as gardening and maintaining his lawn, and he had a passion for canoeing. Even in retirement, Andrew's work ethic never waned, as he often held two jobs, finding fulfillment in staying active and engaged.
Andrew was the son of the late Andrew J. Timmins and Mary Timmins. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Francis J. Timmins, and his infant daughter, Carol Lynn Timmins. He is survived by his devoted sons, Scott Timmins and his wife Kelly of Lambertville, NJ, and Greg Timmins and his wife Tina of Bethel, VT. He also leaves behind his loving sister, Mary Lou Malo of Virginia.
Above all, Andrew cherished his role as a grandfather and great-grandfather. He is survived by his grandchildren, Caitlin Klepper, Rebecca Cannella, Gwendolyn Timmins, and Alexandra Timmins, as well as his great-grandchildren, Hannah Klepper, Wyatt Klepper, Everett Klepper, Andersen Klepper, Michael Cannella, and Charlotte Cannella. His family was the center of his world, and he took immense pride in their accomplishments and happiness.
Andrew's life will be celebrated and remembered by all who knew him. His legacy of love, dedication, and service will continue to inspire those he leaves behind. Arrangements have been entrusted to Bram Funeral Home. Andrew's life will be celebrated at a later date, and he will be laid to rest near his home in New Jersey.
