Andrew Evan Witherite of Snellville, GA passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at the age of 43. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Charles Witherite (Chuck).
He is survived by his mother, Marla Welsh (Christopher); his sister, Casi Witherite-Rudd (Stephen); his two brothers, Paul Horncastle (Ruth), and Connor O'Brien (Kayla); his nephew, Joshua Blackwell; and his four nieces, Chloe Horncastle, Stella Horncastle, Luna Rudd, and Lucy Rudd.
Andrew always had a strong work ethic. He started working at the young age of 15 at the local Winn Dixie Store. From there, he went onto working at Six Flags over Georgia. Andrew always liked to work. He graduated from East Coweta High School in Sharpsburg, GA. Later, he earned his BS degree in business from the University of West Georgia, Carrollton, GA.
In his spare time, and for many years, Andrew helped his mother coach recreational soccer. Andrew is a veteran of the United States Air Force and served during Operation Enduring Freedom. His service led to many great job opportunities, such as Lockheed Martin, Atlanta Coco-Cola, Arthur Blank Foundation (Atlanta Falcons) as an Information Technology Analyst and Information Technology Leader. After that, Andrew became the Director of IT for ParkMobile.
Andrew enjoyed spending time with family, building computers, and gaming. However, Andrew's greatest gift was his generosity and big heart to family, friends, and ParkMobile Family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and loved him.
The funeral service to celebrate the life of Andrew Witherite will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel, Snellville, GA. All are welcome.
Visitation for all will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2024 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at the funeral home.

I worked with Andrew for a short time at one of hi IT jobs. He was very friendly and always offered to help in any way he could. Hey helped me in a very specific way years ago and I still talk about it. In fact, I just mentioned his name the other day. I´m so so sorry to hear this news. Sincere condolences to the family.
