Andy Phannavong Obituary
Andy P. Phannavong, 33, of Woonsocket, passed away April 2, 2025 in Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of Donna Bianco and Michael Martineau of Blackstone.
Andy was a 2010 Woonsocket High School graduate. He enjoyed playing video games, collecting Pokemon cards, good meals, dancing, watching survival shows, spending time with his friends, and above all else was his love for his nephew, Jaxson, whom he considered his whole world.
Along with his mother, Donna, and stepfather, Michael, he is survived by his siblings, Phim Mar of West Springfield, MA, Brianna Mancini of Tolland, CT, Justin Phannavong of South Kingstown, Tommy Bianco of Woonsocket, Nicholas Ayuso of Johnston, Alexia Ayuso of Blackstone, Tyaja Bianco of Blackstone, Kamiyah Bianco of Blackstone, Nevaeh Martineau of Blackstone, and Andy Keooudone of Woonsocket; his nephew, Jaxson Phannavong; his aunt, Cheryl Pirrotta and her husband, Pino, of New Bedford; as well as, his large extended family and many close friends. Andy is joining his late grandmother, Bounthanh Keomanikhouth.
Visitation will be held Thursday, April 10, 2025 from 5-8 PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Jaxson Phannavong Trust at any Centerville Bank location or checks may be given to the family.
