Angel 'Nae' Badertscher 54, of Beech Grove, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Angel Renee' Crowe was born June 19, 1970 in Greenville, Texas to the late Harley Duane and Charlotte Ann Johnson Crowe, was married to Gregory Scott Badertscher on January 27, 1989 and was lovingly known as "Nae" by her family and friends.
Angel was a 1988 Graduate of McLean County High School. She was a homemaker and earlier worked as a breeder technician for Tyson Foods in Beech Grove.
Angel enjoyed camping and family trips to the mountains. She loved spending time with both her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Angel was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, who was like her own mother, Brenda Badertscher.
Angel is survived by her husband of 36 years, Greg Badertscher; two daughters, Natasha Lee (John) and Katelyn Fielden (Jordan) both of Beech Grove; six grandchildren, Mackenzie Chappell (Luke), Abbigail Lee, Joseph Lee, Gabriel Fielden, Riley Fielden, and Laney Fielden and a granddaughter on the way, Renee Fielden; a brother, Travis Crowe (Crystal) of Livermore; a sister, Lori Crowe of Calhoun; her father-in-law, Jake Badertscher of Elba; several adopted grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel. Burial will be in the St. Benedict Cemetery in McLean County. Friends may visit with Angel's family from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Monday and from 8:30 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at Musters in Calhoun.
The Angel 'Nae' Badertscher family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Beech Grove Fire Department; P.O. Box 65; Beech Grove, Kentucky 42322.
Angel's services will be streamed live on musterfuneralhomes.com at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday.
