Angel J. Leon

Angel J. Leon was called home on December 22, 2025, at the age of 18. He was a cherished son to Karla Hernandez, whose love and support meant the world to him. Angel was a loving brother to Ricky Hernandez, Violet Leon, and Bela Leon. As a beloved grandson to Gilberto Hernandez, Angel brought immense pride and joy to his family. He was also a dear nephew to Jackie Hernandez and Larry Kloss, and his kindness and warmth touched many, including his cousins Jordyn and Jennifer Cannizzaro. Angel’s memory will be carried on by his many other loving relatives and friends, all of whom were deeply impacted by his presence.

Angel thoroughly enjoyed his experiences at Easterseals and Paragon Camps, spending his summers at Wil-O-Way Grant Summer Camp and participating in Paragon Camp throughout the school year. He attended Richardson School and was excited about returning to Central High School. He loved his dogs, especially Cosmo, and playing Roblox with his cousin Jordyn. Spending time with family and friends was most important to him.

Angel was a wonderful young man who found joy in helping others. He was deeply compassionate and always eager to lend a hand, with hopes of one day volunteering at Easterseals, an organization that meant a great deal to him.

Angel’s family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all the teachers and nurses who cared for him and showed him so much love. Their kindness and support made a significant difference in Angel’s life and will always be remembered.

Visitation for Angel will be held at Max A. Sass & Sons-Greenridge Chapel (4747 S. 60th St., Greenfield) on Friday, January 23rd starting at 2PM until time of his funeral service at 4PM.
