Angela Delores Burch, 85, passed away at home in Fort Washington, MD on September 29th, 2025. Delores was born January 3rd, 1940 to parents, Leo Spencer Knott (deceased) and Joan Risdon Knott (deceased) of Charles County, MD. She was the oldest of 10 children. Delores graduated from Notre Dame Bryantown, MD in 1956. She started her 51 year career with a telephone utility company and later retired from the United Association. Married to Earl H. Burch in 1957. They had three daughters; Tina M. Burch (deceased), Wanda D. Gryszkiewicz (Mickey), and Donna M. Burch. She was known as Nana to her "grand-dorables" Jason Burch (Shelly), Robbie Gryszkiewicz, Mitchell Gryszkiewicz (deceased), Haley M. Thomas (Austin), Angela M. Taylor (Mark), Amanda D. Saunders (J.G.) and also her "great-grand-dorables" Catherine D. & Juliette D. Burch; Hamilton W., Hendrick M., Halden H., Lolah D. & Hollis B. Taylor; S. Grady & Gatlin J. Saunders; and Avery M. Thomas. Delores spent her years making every holiday special, hosting Sunday dinners with family, and spoiling her grand & great-grandchildren. She loved to shop, eat her sweets, and never passed up a chance to watch Nationals Baseball or Wheel of Fortune! Her memory, like her personality, will remain full of life and color. We love her forevermore. In lieu of flowers, we invite you to send donations to Hospice of the Chesapeake, 90 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena, MD 21122 or https://www.hospicechesapeake.org/giving/donate-now/
