Angela Fredericks Obituary
Angela was born in Alessandria Del Carretto, Italy on October 12, 1945, daughter to the late Frank & late Catarina (Napoli) Mundo. Angela journeyed to America on May 15, 1956, where she touched many lives with kindness and love.
Survived by her Beloved husband of 40 years, Robert Fredericks; Loving son, Wayne (Susan) Lee; Cherished grandchildren, Jessica and Jennifer Lee, Ryan and Hannah McCoy; Dearest brothers, James (Kathy) Mundo, Luke (Linda), and Mark (Kathy); Fondest sister Florence (late Gene) Behrens. Also survived by numerous other wonderful family and friends.
Preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Catarina (Napoli) Mundo; sisters, Maria (Carmelo) and Rose (Tony) Mundo; and her first husband Jack Lee.
She was a dedicated and hardworking professional, Angela shared her talents as a skilled hairdresser. She also proudly served as a Food Services Manager at Lincoln Way East High School for many years.
Angela loved cooking, gardening, and shopping. Her greatest treasure was the time spent with her cherished family, creating enduring memories filled with love and laughter.
Family will receive friends for visitation at Kurtz Memorial Chapel at 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, Illinois 60423 on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at 10 am until the time of chapel service at 12 pm, Graveside services to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Frankfort, Illinois.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to your favorite charity as a tribute to Angela's compassionate spirit and dedication to making the world a better place.
