She is survived by a daughter, Lily Howard (James Burke); two grandchildren, Brynlee Rose Burke and Rowan James Burke; brother, Ricky Howard; sister, Shelly Fulkerson (Zack); and significant other, John Castlen.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 9, 2025 at James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation is from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Owensboro Humane Society, 3101 W. 2nd Street, Owensboro, KY 42301.

The Beshear family is saddened by Angela passing. I remember her well from the track and field days at Henderson Co. High. My daughter Lauren was a team mate. Lauren love d her very much. We all did. God bless you in your sorrow!
