James Smith Obituary

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five siblings.
He is survived by three sons, James Smith Jr. (Nancy), Eric Smith (Mary Ann), and Edwin "Deon" Smith; four grandchildren, Eric Smith Jr. (Ashton), Amanda Burns (Forrest), Trey Smith (Chelsea), and Brittany Ashton (Thomas); 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, Terry Smith; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 10, 2025 at James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation is from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
