Maysville - Angela Trepl Merrill, 61, of Flemingsburg, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and cherished member of her community, passed away peacefully on July 30, 2025, in Panama City Florida.
Angela was born November 11, 1963 to the late Bruce and Crystal "Becky" Eastwood Trepl.
Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. A woman of grace and resilience, Angela lived a life filled with devotion to her family and friends. Her memory will be treasured by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She loved to cook and would make sure no one was ever hungry. She also enjoyed camping, fishing and loved to spend time with family, especially her grandkids.
Angela leaves behind a legacy of love and strength, survived by her three children, Justin (Whitney) Merrill, Christina (Chris) Beckett and Anthony Merrill; her step children Jason (Wendy) Hamilton, Crystal Sutton, April (Tony) Bormes. Her cherished grandchildren, Brooklyn, Jenna, Lucy Beckett, Jackson Merrill, Jacob and Ellis Farrar, Javen Hamilton, Kayla Buriss, Allison Purcell, Brittany Sutton, Makayla Hester, her sister, Teresa Drury and brothers, Bruce (Faith) Trepl, John (Carrie) Trepl, Josh (Amanda) Trepl and Brad (Alyssa) Trepl.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her devoted husband, Jackie Merrill.
Services for Angela Merrill will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, August 8, 2025 at Brell & Son Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
Angela will be laid to rest in the Maysville Mason County Cemetery, next to Jackie in a private service.
