Angela Michelle Pollard

With deep sadness and love we announce the passing of Angela Michelle (Peele) Pollard (Angie), wife, daughter, sister and friend.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, August 19, 2024 at Tarboro Church of God. The burial will be a private service for just immediate family.
Born on December 13th, 1974 in Edgecombe County. She grew up in Pitt County. Angie had a love for children and once she met her Lord and savior Jesus Christ, she pursued a career in teaching.
She married the love of her life, Thomas J. Pollard in 2007. About that time she went to work at Trinity Christian School in Greenville, NC, where she found her true calling and served there as a Pre-K teacher for a little over 16 years. She loved every minute of teaching.
Angie loved family, friends, and church. She was a member of Tarboro Church of God in Tarboro, NC. Angie loved fall and going out getting a pumpkin and loved Christmas.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas J. Pollard; father and mother, Robbie and Mary Peele; father-in-law, Larry Pollard; sister, Email Peele; uncles and aunts, Bud and Shirley Woolard, Eddie and Elaine Peele, Pam Peele, Danny Harrell; a very special aunt who she had a close bond, Linda Bradley; and many wonderful cousins who love her dearly and whom she loved like siblings.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother and grandfathers, William Harrell and Louise Harrell, and James Keel; sister, Wanta Peele; mother-in-law, Mary F. Pollard.
We are in comfort knowing she is now resting in the arms of Jesus and her legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Rest now in peace sweet Angie, your star will always shine in our family.
Visitation will be at 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Sunday, August 18, 2024 at Carlisle Funeral Home.
