Angelika "Geli" Cisewski

Angelika (Geli) (Sussmilch) Cisewski, 95, of Londonderry, NH passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, July 20, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Adolf & Berta (Mendyk) Sussmilch.
Geli was married to the love of her life Karl-Heinz Cisewski for 61 years before his passing in 2011. She immigrated to the US in 1954 with husband Karl, son Frank and her mother Berta arriving at Ellis Island, NY aboard the TSS Olympia. Prior to moving to Londonderry, NH in 1974, Geli and Karl lived in Stoneham, Massachusetts where they raised their two sons, Frank, and Michael. During free time, Karl, Geli and family as well as overseas family and friends would travel to their camp on Moosehead Lake in Maine.
The family attended the First Baptist Church of Stoneham for many years, as well as the Rockwood Log Chapel whenever at camp. Gathering together with family and friends for a barbecue, game night and holidays were regular occurrences in the Cisewski family. Geli was a Christian with a strong ability to lead people to the Lord. Besides her family, she also had her family in Christ. She attended the Living Hope Church of Manchester regularly. She was visited weekly by Pastor Steve and his wife Jeani, as well as numerous Christian friends.
She is survived by one son, Michael Cisewski and his wife, Donna; five grandchildren: Frank Jr. and his wife Tammy, Tanya Vallario and her husband Marcus, Ahren Cisewski, Mark Cisewski and Heidi Cisewski. She was also blessed with six great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Karl, son Frank Cisewski, Sr., sisters Margot Dulong and Ruth Caloggero and granddaughter Erika Cisewski.
Services: Calling hours will be held Friday, July 28, 2023 from 10 to 11 AM at Peabody Funeral Home, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry, NH. A funeral service will occur immediately following at the funeral home. The burial will follow at the Forest Hill cemetery in East Derry, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org).
