Angelina "Angie" Tashjian

Angelina "Angie" (Cataldo) Tashjian,
Of Belmont, passed away on Thursday afternoon, January 2, 2025 at The Linden at Dedham Assisted Living. She was 99.
The loving wife of the late Avedis "Jerry" J. Tashjian, she is survived by her beloved children Gary Tashjian and his wife Juana of Arlington, Jerry Tashjian and his wife Donna of Needham, John Simmons of Cambridge and Debbie Parmelee of Everett, her cherished grandchildren Marissa and Gabriella, Christopher, Jason and Brett and Michael as well as her adoring great grandchildren Rocco, Angelina, Alexandria, Gabriel, Dante and Isaiah.
Born, raised and educated in Revere, she was the daughter of the late Jospeh and Carmela (Izzo) Cataldo. Angie was the last surviving child in her family being predeceased by Josephine, Gloria, Elizabeth, Mary, Joseph and Anthony.
A longtime employee at Beaver Surgical Blade, she was known for her strong work ethic, her outgoing personality and her infectious sense of humor. She loved to go out for a walk or spend the night dancing.
Angie's family will hold private funeral services in celebration of her life on Wednesday from Brasco and Sons Memorial, 325 Trapelo Road, BELMONT. Burial will take place at Mount Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge.
