Angie Easterday

Angela (Angie) Easterday age 46 passed on to be with her heavenly family on May 23, 2025. Angie was born October 27, 1978 in Gothenburg, NE to Vernon and Cheri Easterday.
Angie was a "special person" in every sense of the phrase. She is best defined by the love she passionately shared with others and the joy it brought her to be around family and friends. She never met a stranger and was always quick to greet people with the phrase, "I remember you", or by simply asking them how they were. Angie was full of life.
She lived independently in her own home on her parents farm until just a few years ago. She loved riding her three wheeled bicycle up and down the country roads, roaming around the yard looking at flowers, enjoying the outdoors and playing with the various pets which flocked to her anytime she was outside. She loved to decorate her home with the various crafts she made, working on puzzles, watching cooking shows on tv and listening to country western music. Angie and her special friend Peggy often spent time at the library attending craft classes, at the senior center helping make pretzels or going to garage sales and for drives. They were always involved in some type of function in the community.
Angie will be sorely missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing her.
She is survived by her mother and father Cheri and Mike Wilson, Vernon and Maria Easterday, sister Tricia (Corey) Beachel, brothers Dave (Sarah) Easterday and Brandon (Katrina) Carter, and nephews and nieces, Dustin Easterday, Jameson, Finn, Emma ad Hallie Easterday, Tessa, Claire, and Faith Carter, special friend Peggy Pile as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A register book signing will take place at Blase-Strauser Memorial Chapel on Friday, May 30, 2025 from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm with the family present from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
A Celebration of life service will take place on Satuday, May 31, 2025 at 11:00am at the First United Methodist Church in Gothenburg with Pastor Grace Gichuru officiating.
