Anika Lynn Violet Christensen, 34, passed away after a sudden unexpected event at home with her mother on Friday, December 8, 2023.
Anika was born September 20, 1989 in Arvada, Colorado, the daughter of LuAnn Violet Christensen and Timothy D. St. Clair.
She fell in love with books and reading at an early age. Loved to use her Mom's film camera early on and continued to take many pictures of herself, friends and travels.
She became a great pizza cook increasing her skills and business end responsibilities over the years. She attended Arvada High School and completed her Dental Assisting Education at Warren Tech. The Pandemic took her back to Pizza and then on to working from home. She loved anime from the moment of seeing Totoro and of course a huge Pokémon fan acquiring the nick name " Nika Pika" from her friends. Big fan of the Denver Zombie mall crawl when it was a thing. Concerts/Raves, loved music.
She liked to draw and paint, loved animals of all kinds. Quiet walks and short hikes were her reflective time. She loved learning new makeup techniques and changing the color of her hair on a whim. Always up for something new.
The most important thing to her in life was being with and having good friends, they meant the world to her.
