Anita (Anna) Bojorquez, 80 years entered eternal life on August 6, 2025 in Mesa, Arizona surrounded by loved ones. Anna was born on September 11, 1944 to Joe and Jessie Navarro. She was raised in Sonora, Arizona and moved to Superior, Arizona in 1965 where she spent the rest of her life.

Anna had two nicknames that most family and close friends knew her by, Poaps and Nans. Anna worked for the Superior Police Department before her employment with Superior/Kearny Justice Courts, where she retired in 2009. Anna spent her retirement enjoying spending time with her family and grandkids, making memories to last a lifetime.

Anna is survived by her husband, Jimmy Bojorquez; son, Chris Serrano; daughter Valerie (Juan) Sanchez; Grandchildren, Desiree (Joey), Salena, Louie (Racheal), Ariana, Jalisa, Rachelle, Arman and Ceasar, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Anna is preceded in death by her son, Billy Serrano; parents, Joe and Jessie Navarro; brothers Tommy, Joey and Louie Navarro. She will be deeply missed by many.
