Anita had worked for over 20 years at the Price Chopper in Troy and retired in 2008. Prior to that she was employed as a nurse at Samaritan Hospital.
She enjoyed shopping but her greatest pleasure was spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, John W. Brennan III, her sons, John W. Brennan IV of Miami, FL and Timothy Brennan (Casey) of Troy and her siblings, Peter Ianuzzi (Tracy) of Key West, FL, Dianne Mackey (Michael) of Glenville and Theresa Ianuzzi of Troy. She is the proud grandmother of Kailee, Juliana, Olivia, Sophia, Myla and Jaxon Brennan. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
