Anita T. De Cesare

Anita T. DeCesare (Marino), 97, of West Orange, NJ passed away peacefully on Friday, February 2, 2024.
Born and raised in Jersey City, NJ, Anita resided in North Bergen, NJ, Pittsburgh, PA, Arlington Heights, IL, and Montclair, NJ before settling in West Orange more than 40 years ago. She was a devoted parishioner of St. Joseph RC Church in West Orange. Prior to retiring, she was an Executive Assistant with Eddco in West Orange for many years. She enjoyed cooking, painting, knitting, sewing, playing bingo, and, most of all, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Beloved wife of the late Emilio DeCesare. Loving and devoted mother of Don De Cesare and wife Cathy and Michael DeCesare and wife Mary. Cherished grandmother of Andrew Emilio DeCesare, Liz DeCesare and husband Scott O'Leary, and Gina DeCesare Reynolds and husband Joseph Reynolds. She is also survived by a large and loving family, including many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow, 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph RC Church, 44 Benvenue Avenue, West Orange, N. J. 07052.
