Anita Cummings Harden, 75, of Sheridan passed away suddenly at her home on May 25, 2024. She was born February 23, 1949, the daughter of the late Herman and Doris Cummings. She married Larry Harden, who preceded her in passing.
Anita was a graduate of Carmel High School. She was an active and proud member of the Carmel Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 10003 and the American Legion.
She is survived by her sister, Katrina Breeden; brothers, Dick Cummings and Dan Cummings; and a nephew, Danny Cummings.
A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 1, 2024, at Flanner Buchanan – Carmel, 325 East Carmel Drive. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Carmel American Legion.
