Anita Gail Kroenke

Anita Kroenke was a loving wife, a supportive mother, a good friend, and her most cherished role, an adoring Nana. Nothing made her happier than time spent with family and friends and her grandchildren.
We will honor her love of the simple life. She enjoyed garden-fresh tomatoes, a good taco or cheeseburger and any time spent on a beach, "her happy place". She inspired us all to appreciate the beauty in every sunrise. As she takes her place as our guardian angel, we are left with a legacy of faith and love.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence John and Opal Deane Kroenke. She leaves behind her husband, Mike Hass, her daughter, Kaitlyn and her husband, Sean Milligan, and two grandchildren, Blake Opal and Lawson Patrick Milligan. She is also survived by her two brothers, Stanley Kroenke and wife Debbie, Lindsey Kroenke and wife Becky, along with nieces, nephews, and a circle of family and friends who were touched by her warmth and kindness.
A heartfelt thank you goes to the dedicated nurses and doctors at KU Oncology Center who provided special care and allowed us a little bit of extra time together.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 26, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 9555 N. Oak Trafficway, Kansas City, Missouri 64155. A visitation will be held prior to the service and begin at 1:00 pm.
