Anita Russell

A beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Anita Russell, 68 of Woonsocket passed away at Landmark Medical Center on February 11th, 2025. She was a daughter of the late Ernest and Dorothy Dean (York) Roberge. She is survived by her children, Alena Rodriguez of Woonsocket. Shane Russell and Calvin Russell both of
Pawtucket. She leaves behind her eight devoted grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister, Sharon Roberge and was predeceased by her four brothers, Christopher, Randy, Gary and Kenneth Roberge.
A devoted mother and hard-working woman. A proud homemaker, Anita was quiet, sweet and loved to bake cakes and cookies. She was a dedicated certified nursing assistant for many years assisting others through their most difficult times. She was an example of kindness and compassion. She was a Christian woman who loved the lord
and her family. She enjoyed country & western music, a little disco and anything Christian. She was the special light in our family, may she rest in eternal peace until we meet again.
Services for Anita will be held in the Berarducci Funeral Home, 185 Spring St Woonsocket and will be private.
