Pauline Miller Obituary

Pauline C. Miller

WOONSOCKET - Pauline C. (Nadeau) Miller 90, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2025 at Kent Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Adrien and Irene (Lepage) Nadeau. Pauline was a very loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. She worked hard her entire life but was immensely devoted to her family. In addition to working in many area mills from a young age, she worked several years at Tupperware in North Smithfield, but she would mostly be remembered for her time working at Kay's Restaurant in Woonsocket for over twenty-eight years from 1972 to 2000. Pauline was the very first Mardi Gras Queen in Woonsocket in 1954, though it was a claim to fame she wasn't always comfortable with. She much preferred a quiet home life with her family and her many animals through the years.

She is survived by her children: Ron Miller and his wife Renee of Woonsocket, Sharon Miller of Rosharon, TX, and Gary Miller and his wife Sherri of Warwick., four grandchildren: Chris, Kyle, Alisha, and Corey, and four great grandchildren: Eloise, Maisie, Iliana, and Knox, her siblings, Irene Tondreau and her husband Ray of North Providence and Ron Nadeau and his wife Connie of Woonsocket and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Pearl Bouchard.

Funeral services are private in keeping with her wishes.
