Anita Gail Watson was born May 7, 1965 in Jackson, TN, the daughter of Lurene Porter Faulkner and the late Charles Ray Faulkner. She departed this life on August 27, 2025 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 60 Years, 3 Months, 20 Days.
Anita had worked for Kapro, World Color, Reitter & Schefenacker, Corinthian Furniture, and The Junction at Eastview. She was known as a hard worker.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Anita had a profound love for flowers and always willing to help others. She was a beacon of support for her family and friends, always the first to lend an ear and offer advise.
Anita cherished her family above all else, finding immense joy in spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. These moments filled her heart with happiness, and her legacy will live on through the love and memories she created with them.
She is survived by her mother, Lurene Faulkner of Ramer, TN; a daughter, Sabrina Flatt of Corinth, MS; a son, Jeffery Flatt and wife Ashla of Corinth, MS; a sister, Lisa Hunt and partner Tim Moore of Corinth, MS; two brothers, Jeff Faulkner and wife Merlene of Henderson, TN, Norman Faulkner of Selmer, TN; five grandchildren: Joshua Mayfield and partner Ashley, Noah Flatt, Charlotte Flatt, Brodex Paul Flatt, Bob Flatt; a great grandchild, Maverick Creed Mayfield; ex husband, Teddy Watson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In addition to her father, Anita was preceded in death by a grandchild, Karleigh Sue Austin.
