Ann Aldridge Obituary

Ann Aldridge, 62, of Little Rock, passed away Friday, February 7, 2003, at Baptist Medical Center. She was born March 3, 1940, at Little Rock.

Ann was a lifelong member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. She was a 1957 graduate of Little Rock Central High School, and was employed by the DeHaven Group for many years preceding her passing.

A devoted mother and grandmother to her only son and grandchildren, she was a live-in companion and friend to her mother, Nola Crook Tyson. Ann will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Preceded in death by her father, Ed Tyson, and a brother, Eddie Tyson, she is survived by her mother; one son, Bret Aldridge and his wife Barbara; two grandchildren, Bradley and Brooke Aldridge; a sister, Susan Lindsey and her husband Jim; a sister-in-law, Gloria Tyson; two nephews: Steve Tyson and Michael Lindsey; and a niece, Kim Cox.

A gathering in remembrance of Ann will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 10, 2003, at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, 5300 Stagecoach Road, Little Rock, with Brother John Saunders officiating. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.

Visitation will from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday (today), February 9, 2003, at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 W. 12th, Little Rock, 661-9111.

Memorials may be made to the Missionary Baptist Seminary, 5300 Stagecoach Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72204.
