Ann Wheatley Allison, a beautiful soul who graced the world with her presence on May 17, 1943, in
Brigham City, UT, has departed from us on December 2, 2025 in
Boerne, TX, leaving a radiating legacy of love, warmth, and indomitable spirit. Her journey led her from the halls of Box Elder High School to the campus of Utah State University, and finally, to the beloved community of Boerne, Texas, where she spent the best years of her life.
Ann was a diligent and dedicated secretary at Box Elder High School until her retirement in 1999, and her meticulous work ethic and warm demeanor left an indelible mark on everyone she came into contact with. But it was outside her work life where Ann truly shone. Her hobbies were as diverse and vibrant as she was. From riding horses to gardening, from sewing to knitting, and from singing to traveling across Europe to visit family, Ann embraced every moment with an unparalleled zest. She was a familiar figure at local rodeos, working concessions, and was a respected judge at numerous horse showing competitions. Her passion for giving back to society saw her volunteering for Meals on Wheels and lending her skills to the 4-H sewing club.
Ann's faith was a beacon that guided her through life's ups and downs. Her voice, a Soprano high C, echoed through the church choir, filling hearts with joy as she sang old praise hymns with an incomparable devotion. Ann's life was a testament to the power of love, generosity, and selflessness. She brought joy to every Christmas by participating in the Church Club and buying gifts for underprivileged children.
Ann's legacy is carried forward by her Family. She is survived husband: Albert E. Allison; children: Julie Ann Morgen (Michael), Jeffrey Steven Jeppson, Jodie Lyn Scott ( Bryan), Jackie J. Potter (Kevin), David Eugene Chavez (Christina), Johnny C. Allison (Kristi); Siblings: Ramona W. Dahl (Kirk), Owen Milton Wheatley (Katherine), Barbara Jean Johnson; grandchildren: Alexa Ann Tittensor (Paul), Zachary Steven Scott, Trevor William Scott, Micky Dallas Potter; great grandchild: Easton Luke Tittensor. She is preceded in death by her parents, Milton Owen and Lily Rose Wheatley and brother John Calvin Wheatley.
Ann's life was a beautiful melody that will continue to echo in our hearts. Let's remember Ann Wheatley Allison as the radiant beam of light that she was, illuminating our lives with her love and warmth.
The family will honor her life in a private celebration and Interment will be in the Calls Fort Cemetery, Honeyville, UT.
