I worked in Pediatrics at MSKCC for 30 years (retired in 2002) so I remember Annie quite well, both as a patient & as a co-worker. Her fighting spirit & intensity were inspiring.

I knew Ann through high school and college. She was far more than a survivor. She beat ALL that had recurred 2 different times in her spinal fluid. That does not happen even today with all the advances we have made. She had tremendous courage and overcame so much. She touched many of our lives. I too often went with Ann to Ny for her cancer tx and went into Radiation Oncology. Today 32 years later when I see a relapsed All patient I tell them how Ann beat the odds.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Ann was handed a very big cross at a very young age. I saw her battle it when the family lived in Randolph. She was a remarkable young woman.
