Ann Marie Campbell

Ann Campbell, age 74, passed away peacefully on September 9, 2025 at Bronson Hospital with her family at her side.

Ann was born to William F. Gorden and Lodema Erskine Gorden. She graduated from Galesburg-Augusta high school in 1969. She attended WMU to become a librarian, but followed a different path.

She met her husband, Bob, at Galesburg Speedway and they were married on June 22, 1974. They had four boys, Bill, Ted, Mike and Tony. She worked for 28 years for Kalamazoo Public Schools. The last few years at Parkwood Upjohn as Child Accounting Secretary. She got to see her granddaughters Lily and Sophia everyday there which she loved. She made many friends, and changed many lives, and the students loved her tarantula, Fluffy.

She loved to go thrift shopping with her best friend, Jody, and usually came home with a new purse. She also liked to go on Senior Tour Club trips with Bob.

She loved St. Tom's and all the kind and caring people there, but most of all God and her family.

Ann was preceded in death by her father William Gordon, her mother Lodema Ostlund, her stepfather Al Ostlund, her stepmother Jule Gorden and son Ted Campbell.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years Bob Campbell, her sons Bill, Mike, and Tony, granddaughters Lily and Sophia Deanda, and their mother Kris. Also her stepsisters Kay, Ann Cheryl, Dee, Melanie, and stepbrother Kevin. Also many nieces and nephews.
