Ann Egbert, 93, of Baldwin City, KS died Thursday, April 1, 2021 at the Baldwin Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Baldwin City, KS.

She was born February 8, 1928 in Columbia, South Carolina the daughter of Thomas Ball and Mary (Minor) Ball.  She graduated from Annapolis High School with the class of 1945.

On March 16, 1946 Ann was united in marriage to Edmund Egbert in Annapolis, Maryland.

She worked as a phlebotomist at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, MO retiring in 1990.  She lived most of her life in Kansas City and Blue Springs MO settling in Baldwin City, KS in 2014.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Mary Ball, her three siblings and her husband, Edmund Egbert.

She is survived by 3 daughters, Gail Egbert and husband, John of Red Bluff, CA, Carol Wonderly and her husband, John of Boone, IA, and Barbara Wonderly and her husband, Jim of Ottawa, KS; 6 grandchildren, Allison and her husband, Gerry of Mountain View, CA, Michelle and her husband, Pat of Decorah, IA, Brian and partner, Mary of Ames, IA, Elizabeth and her husband, Paul of Spring Hill, KS, Marianne and her husband, Aaron of Spring Hill, KS, and Jonathan and his wife, Danielle of Boone, IA; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Egbert has been cremated and no service is planned at his time. Condolences may be sent to the family through www.lamb-roberts.com.
