Ann Elizabeth Shick McCoy, age 71, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025, at her home.

Born April 1, 1954, in Vincennes, IN, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Helen Shick. She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Julianna; and several siblings.

Ann enjoyed reading and discussing things of life…she was a true philosopher. She also enjoyed a good movie and watching TV. But nothing meant more to her than her boys and grandchildren; she loved them with all of her heart and soul! She was a devoted and cherished wife, mother, and grandmother and will be missed beyond measure.

She is survived by her husband, Larry McCoy; sons, Daniel Ray McCoy (Ashley) of Murrells Inlet, SC, Jon David "Jonny" McCoy (Patricia) of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Michael Lawrence McCoy (Lauren) of Anderson, SC; grandchildren, Rylan Daniel McCoy and Ansley Elizbeth McCoy of Murrells Inlet, SC, Linley Ann McCoy and Jack Thomas McCoy of Anderson, SC; and several brothers and sisters.

No services will be held.

The family requests no flowers, and memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
