Ann M. McHugh, 88, formerly of Allentown, passed away on April 29, 2024 at Moravian Hall Square, Nazareth. She was the wife of the late Robert J. McHugh. They were married for 56 years at the time of his passing in 2014. Born in Scranton, Ann was the daughter of the late Leo and Margaret (King) McCrone. She was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Allentown.
Ann is survived by her children, Mari Prudente and her husband Jim, Tim McHugh and his wife Mary Ellen, Teresa McHugh and her husband Michael Lemke, and Michael McHugh and his wife Michele; her 14 grandchildren, Matt, Jen, Chris, Robert, Melissa, Alex, Colleen, Erin, Mariah, Michael, Mikaela, David, Kimberly, and Mari; and 10 great-grandchildren, Owen, Jack, Madelyn, Adriana, Maren, Roman, Ellie, Maya, Lainey, and Max. Ann was predeceased by her brothers, Jerry, Frank, John, and Paul. Ann devoted her life to building a family with her lifelong love, raising four children and spoiling grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
Services: Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Friday, May 3, 2024 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 1040 Flexer Avenue, Allentown. A viewing will be held from 10-11 AM Friday in the church. Interment to follow at the Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum, Allentown. Arrangements by Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Homes, Allentown, www.BKRFH.com
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Moravian Hall Square, designating Galilee House at 175 W. North St., Nazareth, PA 18064.
