Ann Rarrick Obituary
Ann was a compassionate and thoughtful individual. Her quick wit and funny demeanor never failed to light up a room. She appreciated the simple things in life-spending time with her loved ones and caring for Izabella.
Ann is survived by her two beloved children, Michele (Nate) Galligan and Michael (Holly) Rarrick; grandchildren: Amber (Shawn) Thompson, Derek (Kristen) Rodbourn, Michael (Aimee) Rarrick, and Tanner (Madison) Rarrick; great-grandchildren: Brantlee, Colt, Kyleigh, Ethan, and Garrett; brother, Duane "Butch" GrosJean; special brother-in-law, Ron Nelson; and several nieces and nephews. Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Elmeron and Edith (Moore) GrosJean; mother-in-law, Shirley Nelson; brother, Robert GrosJean; and brother-in-law, Rick Nelson.
Calling Hours will be held on Friday, March 8, 2024 from 4:00-6:00 PM at Haughey Funeral Home, Inc., 216 E. First Street, Corning, NY 14830. There will be no formal service held.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be offered to the Chemung County Humane Society & SPCA, 2435 NY-352, Elmira, NY 14903, https://www.chemungspca.org/.
