Mrs. Thompson was born July 22, 1934 in Sumner County to the late Hershel Meador and Queen Ester Key Meador. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, James Allen "Peter Bob" Thompson; daughter, Patricia Carr; and granddaughter, Tina Leann Carr. She is survived by son-in-law, Jerry Carr of Bethpage; grandchild, Eric Carr (Sandy); great grandchildren, Daniela Parrish (Adam) and Andrew Carr; and great-great grandchild, Barry Parrish.
