Anna Lee Colemire

Brooksville-Anna Lee Higgins Colemire, 81 of Foster, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2023. She was born on April 2, 1942 to the late Boyd and Mary (Courtney) Higgins. She was married to Hank Colemire who passed away March 29, 2017. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Ann (Rick) Taylor; a granddaughter, Aundrea (Joseph) Hillman; step-granddaughter daughter, Amber (Jim) Turner; four great grandchildren, Jaxon McCay, Makenna McCay, Taylor Turner, and Parker Turner; a sister, Donna Gillespie; a brothers, Kenny (Brenda) Higgins; a several very special nieces, nephews, and friends. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Ilene Woodhead. She was a member of Augusta Baptist Church and a frequent visitor of New Zion Baptist Church. She loved being outside and visiting with family and friends. She loved her family but her grandkids and great grandkids were the apple of her eye. Everyone that ever met her always remarked, she was a great lady. Funeral will be 11 am on Saturday at Moore & Parker Funeral Home in Brooksville. Burial will be at Downard Cemetery.
