Anna Kujawski

Anna Kujawski, age 85, passed away peacefully on February 23, 2026, in Eagle River, Wisconsin. Born February 11, 1941, in Poland, Anna showed her characteristic strength early in life, immigrating to Chicago at the age of 17. She eventually settled in the Northwoods of Eagle River, where she became a beloved member of the community.

A woman of deep and abiding faith, Anna loved worshipping Jesus and was a dedicated volunteer at St. Peter's Thrift Store. Her friends there, and all who knew her, will remember her as a "loving, caring, and strong" woman. Anna had a legendary green thumb and found great peace in her garden, where she could make any plant flourish.

Anna is survived by her four children: Mitch Kujawski, Chris Kujawski, Theresa (Tim) Berkelman, and Danny Kujawski. She was the proud grandmother of David (Hannah) Berkelman, Steven (Yaimy) Berkelman, Matthew (Taleah) Berkelman, and Jacob Kujawski; and great-grandmother to Kendra Berkelman. She is further survived by loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her several sisters, and her one brother.

Services will be held on Friday, February 27, at Saint Peter's Catholic Church in Eagle River. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass at 12:00 PM (noon).
