Anna Jo Perkins ,87, of Tulia, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2026. Services will be held at later date.
Anna was born on September 19, 1938, in Vernon, Texas, to R.L. and Ethel (Newman) Daniel. Anna was a devoted housekeeper and a loving mother to her two children, Greg and Jennifer, whom she nurtured with boundless care and affection.
A proud member of the Jackson Chapel Church of God in Tulia, Anna Jo found joy and strength in her faith. Throughout her life, she exemplified the beauty of living fully and embracing every moment with gratitude. Her warmth and kindness touched the hearts of all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, R.L. and Ethel Daniel; her daughter, Jennifer Perkins; her brother, George Daniel.
She is survived by her son, Greg Perkins; her sister, Irene Daniel; numerous grandchildren, many great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and a very special caregiver, Tina Guzman.
