Jeffrey was born on October 5, 1983, in the welcoming town of Muleshoe, Texas, to Gary Cox and Kimberly Wilson Cox. He was a proud graduate of Muleshoe High School, Class of 2001, and pursued higher education at Eastern New Mexico University in Portales for six enriching years, ultimately earning a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Among his many passions, Jeffrey found solace and joy in the arts. As a talented painter and musician, he expressed his creativity through vibrant artwork. His love for art extended to his family, as he delighted in teaching his nephews and nieces how to create amazing artwork with special and creative techniques. Hiking trips in the majestic landscapes of Portland, Oregon, inspired him, and he captured the beauty of nature through his keen photographic eye.
Above all, Jeffrey was a deeply caring and thoughtful individual. He showered his nephews and nieces with affection, creating lasting memories that will continue to resonate within their hearts. His love for family was unwavering, and he touched the lives of those around him with kindness and warmth.
He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Butch Cox and Gordon Wilson.
He is survived by his father, Gary Cox; his mother, Kimberly Wilson; his brother, Caleb Cox and wife Miyuki and his sister, Taylor Cox; his grandmothers, Judy Cox and Marilyn Nickels; his nieces and nephews, Kyla, Kynlee, Kason, Kambry, Jacob, Yuna and Sakura.
