Anna Caroline Vastola Perry was born in Staten Island NY to Ruby Mae Tramel Vastola and August Vastola. Her heart for service led her to be an LPN, a calling she had for many years. She enjoyed reading, cooking and shopping for her family, and attending church and Bible study. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Mt. Juliet.
Anna is survived by her children Ian Perry and Caroline Perry, siblings Augie (Dianne) Vastola III, Val Vastola, Steve Vastola, Frank (Teresa) Vastola, Mark (Christi) Vastola, Silas Vastola, and Gilliam (Kim) Vastola, and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. She is preceded in death by her parents Ruby and August Vastola.

I am on a trip so will be unable to pay my respects in person. Anna touched many people's lives-including mine. Anna loved her individuals that she cared for and provided them such tender care. I'm grateful that I got the chance to know and work with her. Dear Anna will be greatly missed.

I will miss sweet Anna so very much! I worked with her for about 15 years and grew to love her sweet caring personality. She was a devoted nurse to her patients and they showered her with love in return.
