Anna Ruth Stiglich, age 63, of Farmington Hills, passed away unexpectedly in her home Wednesday, October 5, 2022.
Anna was born March 7, 1959; the daughter of Frank and Lucy Stiglich.
Anna is survived by her cherished family, Frank, Jayme and Riley Stiglich.
Anna was a graduate of Farmington High School. She shared a love of cooking and baking, like her mother, and had a strong love for animals. She also adored flowers and gardening. Anna liked to spend her time with family whether it be sharing a meal, going shopping, or simply spending time talking. She cherished her family more than herself. Anna was proud of her Croatian background and loved to dive into family history and speak on the Stiglich heritage. She spent time during the summer at the family farm in L'Anse, attending the Stiglich family reunion whenever she could. Anna worked at Flagstar for many years moving to Triple A before she passed. Anna will be dearly missed by her family, but always remembered as someone to brighten your mood and fill your belly.
The Stiglich family will receive friends and family at the funeral home on Friday, October 14, from 3:00pm to 8:00pm.
Anna's funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday morning, October 15, at 10:00 am (in state at 9:30 am) at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 23615 Power Road, Farmington.
Following mass, Anna will be interred next to her mother and father at Oakwood Cemetery, in Farmington.
Please continue to keep the Stiglich family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
