Anna Taylor Obituary
She lived an extraordinary life as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, full of laughter and adventure. She loved her retirement plan, working in the yard and traveling by RV all over the United States. She was very proud to be from German heritage, on her father's side. Her suffering has ended now and her eternal life in heaven has just begun.
She is preceded in death by her two husbands, Norman Harvey and Melvin Taylor, parents, Werner and Iris Seifert, daughter, Becky Gernand, stepdaughter, Anita Taylor, son-in-law, Greg Bridgewater, brothers, Sonny and Bobby Seifert, son-in-law, Roy Lea and sister-in-law, Karen Greer.
She leaves to mourn her passing, daughter, Debra Bridgewater, son, Roy (Anita) Harvey, stepchildren, Mary and Kenneth Taylor. Anna also leaves behind her grandchildren, Jeremy (Alison) Gernand, Bryan Bridgewater, Courtney (David) Cartwright, Jody Bridgewater, Timothy (Kate) Gernand, and Michael (Jessie) Harvey, along with seven great-grandchildren, sisters Carol Lee and Sharon (Rick) Cunningham, brother-in-laws, James (Betty) Taylor and Joe Lynn Greer, along with many nieces and nephews and friends.
Serving as as pallbearers are, Jeremy Gernand, Jody Bridgewater, David Cartwright, Timothy Gernard, Bryan Bridgewater, and Michael Harvey.
A visitation for Anna will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.
