Anna Louise (Henry) Wallace, formerly from New Rochelle, New York, and a Retiree of the Pelham Family Services, Pelham, New York, passed away on December 27, 2022.
Affectionately known as "Pet," was born on June 7, 1945, in Kingston, Jamaica. She was born to the late Harold and Velita Henry, and was the second born of twins, and the 7th child of 11 children. Anna immigrated to the United States in the mid-1980, and worked arduously as a Home Health Aide. She worked extremely hard, for many years, and this allowed her the ability to financially assist her family in Jamaica. Anna loved her family, and held a close relationship with her siblings, and many of her nieces and nephews. Anna was an amazing Singer, and loved singing songs about the goodness of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. In addition, Anna was an outstanding cook and loved to prepare meals for her family and friends. Whenever you left her home, she ensured that you were full and satisfied.
Anna is survived by her daughter, Sandra Hill (Canada). In addition, her siblings: Roy Henry (Jamaica), Milton (Patricia) Henry (Georgia), Mavis bailey (England), Ruby Duhaney (England), Yvonne Stephenson (Florida), Melville (Polly) Henry (Florida), and Earl Henry (Jamaica). Anna has many Nieces, Nephews, Grandnieces, Grandnephews, Great-Grandnieces, and Great-Grandnephews that are too many to list.
She has been reunited, in heaven, with her parents, and her 3 beloved sisters: Gloria Henry-Jarrett, Jean Henry-Mair, and Enid
Henry.

The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 11AM through 1PM at the Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel, 16 Shea Place, New Rochelle, New York 10801

Anna lived next door to me. Occasionally she would bring over Jamaican dishes to share. She was a good cook and neighbor. I miss her.
