Anna L. Whitefield

Anna L. Whitefield, 88, Marshfield, WI, formerly of Baxter, TN, passed away on Monday, November 24, 2025 at Three Oaks Health Services in Marshfield.
Anna was born on January 3, 1937 in Youngstown, Ohio to Charles and Nila (Burns) Owens. She graduated from Albany High School in 1955. She was united in marriage to P.V. Whitefield on April 2, 1955. He passed away on May 20, 2017.
Anna worked as a dietician at a nursing home and was an active member at Baxter Church of Christ. She enjoyed bowling, cooking and baking, and she loved her sweat tea.
She is survived by her son, Lester (Karen) Whitefield of Pendleton, IN, daughter, Nila (Steve) Michalski of Marshfield, WI, and son in law, Dennis Wable of Anderson, IN, 15 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Nila Owens, husband, PV Whitefield, daughter, Carla Wabel, sister, Dorothy Owens, and brother, Charles Owens.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff and caregivers at Three Oaks Health Services.
Viewing will be Saturday, November 29 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Baxter Church of Christ in Baxter, TN with funeral services at 1:00 pm followed by a meal at the Church of Christ Fellowship Hall.
