Mrs. Annabelle Ferguson Arnold, 101, passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at Pruitt Healthcare in Walterboro. She was the wife of the late Clinton L. Arnold.
Born December 27, 1923, in Cottageville, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Ben Ferguson and Elizabeth Weeks Ferguson Judy. Mrs. Arnold served her country in the United States Navy during World War II.
Surviving are: her son, Glenn Douglas Arnold and his wife Jo Ellen of Kenner, Louisianna; grandson, Glenn Michael Arnold and his wife Maria of Kenner, Louisianna; two great granddaughters, Ava Papadopoulous and Isabella Arnold, of Kenner, Louisianna; and one brother, Ralph Ferguson of Cottageville. She was preceded in death by her sister, Goldi Caroline Ferguson Colson; and three brothers, A.B. Ferguson, Ruben Ferguson, and John Henry Ferguson.
Funeral services will be held 2 o'clock, Sunday afternoon, January 26, 2025, at Edisto Pentecostal Holiness Church, 24576 Augusta Highway, Cottageville. Interment will follow in Meeting House Cemetery, Meeting House Lane, Cottageville.
The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 1 o'clock until the hour of service in the church sanctuary.
