I knew Anne as a fellow turtle volunteer and as Lulu's vet. Anne was full of life and love and laughter and will be dearly missed.

Anne will truly be missed. Jim and I spent many, many hours with her on the beach tending to turtle nests, hatchlings and strandings during our 20 years on the OIBSTPO (Ocean Isle Beach Sea Turtle Patrol Org).

Ann and I were friends since first grade. We went to Sunday school together and Ebeneezer Avenue school through eighth grade. I am really sorry to hear that she is no longer with us. Love, Carole Ann Forsyth.

For nearly all of our 81 years, Anne Lawton and I were sister friends. Anne leaves such a legacy of kindness and a true love of life. My goal is to enjoy every single day of my life as a tribute to my sweet friend who lived her life this way. We have so many memories together and every memory was filled with laughter. I will carry Anne in my heart and love her all of my days until we can laugh together again in Heaven.
