Anne Luce Obituary
Anne graduated from high school in England and moved to the US in the 1960's. She graduated from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She worked as a Registered Nurse with the State of Missouri inspecting nursing homes for twenty-five years, until her retirement. Anne was blessed with three children Rowena, Wayne
and Michael. Anne married Jay Luce on March 11, 1994, and they shared thirty wonderful years together. They enjoyed traveling, especially back to her home of Ireland, as well as watching western movies together. Anne enjoyed gardening, both vegetables and flowers, but her biggest joy was her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, John and
Edward "Ned" Waddock.
Anne is survived by her loving husband Jay, children Rowena Gee, Wayne "Rusty" Gee and Michael (Leslie) Moore, grandchildren Tiffany, Kyle, Maddox and Josephine and three great grandchildren Emily, Sophie and Glenn III, stepdaughter Pamela Teaver and her children Misty and Jeremy and Sarah Reeder and husband David as well as other extended family and friends.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024, from 11-12 p.m. at Meadors Funeral Home in Clever, burial will follow at Delaware Township Cemetery in Nixa.

Anne and I met many years ago through our work. We became fast friends and spent many good times together. In fact my husband, Jerry Hall and I stood up with her and Jay Luce when they got married in Arkansas, on our way to the horse races in Hot Springs, Arkansas together. As it does happen, when jobs move people around (the RR moved most jobs from Springfield, MO and my husband Jerry worked for the RR), we lost track of each other, and only stayed in touch sporadically. But I always thought about her and remembered our great times and laughs together. In fact, I remember her laugh on her pretty face with all that red hair the best. She was a wonderful person. May her candle burn forever bright. I will miss you, Anne
