Anne E. Twarowski

Anne E. Grocut Twarowski, 77, of Killingworth passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 29th, 2026 at the Shady Knoll Health Center, Seymour with her beloved husband of 50 years Alexander J. Twarowski, Sr. by her side. Anne was born in Providence, Rhode Island on September 27th, 1948 and was the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Grocut. Mother of Edward Root and his wife Cindy, Rubianne Mislick, Alexander J. Twarowski, Jr. Grandmother of Kaleb Mislick, Samuel Twarowski, Gregg Weinstein, Jon Root and Joseph Graham. Sister of Laine Campbell and the late Peter Grocut and Carol "Lyndy" Spaulding. Also survived by the mother of her grandson Samuel, Jodi Eagan and four great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

The visiting hours will be Tuesday, February 10th from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at The Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home. There will be no services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter, 749 East Main Street, Branford, CT 06405.
