Annette Eleanor "Granny" Butler, age 92, gained her angel wings and went to heaven to be with Jesus and loved ones on Wednesday March 25th, 2026.

Annette was born in Red Level, Al. 11/09/1933. She was raised in Vernon, Fl where she met her loving husband Alfred. They were together for 44 happy years. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Mamie Lindsey, her husband Henry Alfred Butler, her brothers Farrell Lindsey, Lester Lindsey, and Ralph Lindsey. Her sisters, LeeEtta Lindsey and Eloise McNiell. Her children, Sharon Arnold, Larry Butler, and Susan Butler.

She is survived by her children, Sheila(Terry)Watts and Steve(Robin)Butler. Grandchildren, Lisa(Toby)Griffin, Starleigh(Timothy)Maulden, Shawn Arnold, Jacob Watts, Ben(Kristin)Watts, Steve(Samantha)Butler, and Sara(Phillip)Howington.

She has fourteen great-grandchildren, and fifteen great-great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends that were more like family that she loved so much.

Services will be held at Springhill Baptist Church with family viewing from 11 to 12. Visitation starts is from 12 to 1 with funeral services following. Burial and graveside services will be at Beaver Creek Baptist Cemetery. Pastor Phillip Cohron is officiating the service.

Pallbearers are, Terry Watts, Jake Watts, Reese Lindsey, Timothy "Tim" Maulden, Case Maulden and Phillip Howington.

Please join us after the burial service at Springhill Baptist Church to celebrate her life. Food will be provided.
