Annette V. Rios went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at the blessed age of 58. She was born on August 15, 1967, in San Antonio, TX. A devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, caring sister, and dear friend, Annette touched the lives of everyone blessed to know her. Her kindness, faith, and warmth left a lasting impression that will never be forgotten. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 28 years, David T. Rios; her children, Bianca Christine Villanueva and Rick Austin Villanueva, Alyssa Andrea Carlos and her son-in-law, Jerry Carlos; her grandchildren, Ayden Isaiah Villanueva, Josiah Johnny Lastre, Zion Sammy Cantu, and Leyanna Bree-Chell Villanueva; her siblings, Leticia Baca, Sonia Rodriguez, Javier Vasquez, and Carlos Vasquez; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends. She was preceded in death by her biological mother, Yolanda Vasquez; the mother who raised her, Carmela Ynguanzo; her sister, Cynthia Madrigal; and her niece, Bree-Chell Madrigal. Heaven has gained a treasured soul, and she will forever live in our hearts.
